A South-East oriented terrace to enjoy the sun from the early morning until the afternoon.

The beach is 500m far from the apartment ad the center is only 5-minute away by walk.
The bakery is about 2-minute far by walk.
Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles to go by boat to the center or to one of the beaches of Port Grimaud.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (water activities, gulf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No check-in later than 8.00pm. Check-out time: 10.00am at latest.

• Final cleaning not included in the booking. It can be bought in addition.
• Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
• Resort fees: 6,05€/ adult/ day
• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
• Contract to send back with your signature to the agency in order to confirm the booking.
• A deposit by credit card will be requested upon your arrival. (500€)
