This large 2-room apartment is composed of a wide living-room with a sofa-bed (140cm), a small well-furnished kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee-machine), a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a shower-room with toilets.
The living-room opens on a loggia with an outstanding panoramic sea view.
BED LINEN and TOWELS are NOT INCLUDED
The living-room leads to a terrace that has a direct access to the beach.
Thus you will enjoy the seaview from your awakening for dream holidays.

At the beginning of the street, there is a little grocery shop.
In the center you will find other shops: restaurants, shops, ice-cream makers, a bio bakery.

Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

• The bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. You can rent some as an addition.
• The final cleaning is not included in the booking but can be bought in addition.
• Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
• Resort fees: 6,05€/ adult/ day
• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
• Contract to send back with your signature to the agency in order to confirm the booking.
• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees for a check-in between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No arrival later than 8.00pm.
• Check-out time: 10.00am
• A deposit by credit card (500€) will be requested upon your arrival.
