It is composed of a living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed, an open-plan kitchen (oven, micro-wave, a fridge with a small freezer, a Nespresso coffee-machine, a kettle and a toaster), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bathroom with toilets and washing-machine.
Linen and towels are not included.

On the canal side, a wide balcony with a beautiful view on the boats and the colourful houses of Port Grimaud.

The apartment is located in Port Grimaud South in a quiet private area.
A square to play petanque or for children to go cycling.
The shops are less than 5-minute away by walk and the beach is about 500m away.
Free access to the Coches d'Eau shuttles during the summer.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

• The bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. You can rent some in addition.
• The final cleaning is not included in the booking but can be bought in addition.

• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
• Contract to send back with your signature to the agency in order to confirm the booking.
• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No check-in after 8.00pm.
• Check-out time: 10.00am
• A deposit by credit card will be requested before your arrival. (500€)
